PRIVACY

Your case stays in your browser.

The website assistant uses built-in answers in your browser. It is not live AI or a human adviser. Chat text is not sent to us, saved by the assistant or retained after a page reload. Please do not include personal, account or medical details. Opening a separate page starts a new chat.

The case checker in this version works on your device. Form entries are held in the current page’s memory and are not sent to The Case Consultant, stored in browser storage or added to a database. Leaving or reloading the page clears the checker’s working state; your browser may independently offer autofill or restore form values.

If you choose “Save my case summary”, your browser downloads a text file to your device. Keep or delete that file as you would any other personal document.

Email enquiries

If a contact email is configured, the checker offers to prepare a draft in your own email application. It does not send the email. You decide whether to send it, and your email provider’s handling then applies. Avoid sending sensitive documents until a suitable method has been agreed.

Website hosting

No analytics, advertising tools, external fonts or tracking scripts are included in these website files. A hosting provider may process technical connection information when you visit a hosted version.

Before enquiries are collected

Public business contact details and a full service privacy notice are not yet configured. Before online enquiries or client evidence are collected, the business must publish its identity, privacy contact and the details of how enquiries and client records will be handled.

SERVICE INFORMATION

Know what you are buying.

The Case Consultant provides complaint preparation, evidence organisation, chronology building and professional correspondence support. It is not a law firm and does not provide legal representation, legal advice or regulated claims management.

Before a paid service begins

The business will need to confirm in writing that the case is within scope, the service and evidence allowance, the total fee, the delivery date, the included revisions, payment arrangements and applicable cancellation and refund information. This website does not take payments or create a paid booking.

Fees and scope

The published menu sets out the proposed packages. Both page and item limits apply. Additional work or unusually complex evidence requires an agreed quote. Fees pay for professional work undertaken; they are not dependent on an award or successful outcome. No percentage of compensation is taken.

Your role

You provide accurate information and relevant records, check drafts and decide whether to submit them. You remain responsible for checking applicable deadlines. A free case check is neither acceptance of a case nor an agreement to act.

Limits of the service

Outcomes are decided by the organisation or relevant complaint body. No outcome is guaranteed. If a matter requires a regulated professional or falls outside the agreed scope, appropriate specialist support will be needed.

These are service details, not complete contractual terms. Full business terms and trading information must be finalised before paid services are offered.

COMPLAINTS ABOUT OUR SERVICE

Let us know what went wrong.

If you are unhappy with a The Case Consultant service, explain the issue, include the service or reference concerned and tell us the resolution you are seeking. Use the contact details on your written service agreement.

A public complaints contact and response timetable have not yet been set. These must be published before paid services begin. This section concerns The Case Consultant’s own service, rather than complaints you want help preparing against another organisation.

COOKIES & TRACKING

No tracking built in.

These website files do not set cookies, use analytics, load advertising scripts or save case details in local storage. There is no marketing-cookie consent banner because the supplied site has no marketing cookies.

Hosting, embedded services or analytics added later may change this. The site owner must update this information and any required choices to match the actual deployed website.

ACCESSIBILITY

Designed to be usable.

The site uses semantic headings, labelled form controls, keyboard-accessible navigation, visible focus indicators and layouts that adapt to smaller screens. Motion is reduced when your device requests it. Text can be enlarged using browser controls.

The checker requires JavaScript; the service information and resource guides remain readable without it. Downloaded summaries are plain text. No document upload is needed to use the checker.

If you encounter a barrier, use the business contact details once available and describe the page, what you were trying to do and the format that would help. This is a design statement, not an independent accessibility certification.
